New FHWA Leaflet on Work Zone Analysis

FHWA has prepared a brief, easy-to-read overview of how work zone analysis can be used to assist agencies in the planning and management of work zones. Explains how modeling and simulation can be used as part of the analysis. The leaflet is a good introduction to the topic. References are provided to guide those who want to read further.
