Description	The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) will be awarding $30 million in grants to States that modernize technology infrastructure to improve the collection and dissemination of commercial vehicle safety information. FMCSA will administer the funding through two programs with up to $25M through Commercial Vehicle Information Systems and Networks (CVISN) program and up to $5M through Performance Registration Information Systems Management (PRISM) program.
