FHWA is in the process of developing a training course on Freight and the Environment. As a first step, FHWA held a one-day, invitation-only charrette (structured brainstorming session) to determine the most pressing environmental issues faced by freight-oriented practitioners at all levels of government so that the course curriculum can be developed. This report documents the proceedings of the charrette. |
