The National Association of Regional Councils (NARC) has released a resource manual entitled Building Planning Capacity between Public and Private Sector Partners in the Freight Industry. This report was a result of collaboration between the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA), and the Association of American Railroads (AAR). This report contains scholarly resources, case studies, and information to help address goods movement in a formalized manner. |
