Description	The 2009 edition of the National Transportation Atlas Database (NTAD) has been recently released by the U.S. Department of Transportation's Bureau of Transportation Statistics. This edition contains ten updated datasets and introduces the Federal Highway Administration's Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS).
