| Description |
The Texas Transportation Institute (TTI) is conducting research for the National Cooperative Freight Research Program (NCFRP) that focuses on the identification of freight data needs of public and private freight data stakeholders. The output of the research will be technical specifications for the content and structure of a freight data framework and model that will support freight data analysis and planning needs. As part of this research, TTI is examining public and private sector information sources that may provide policy decision makers with more accurate freight-related data and facilitate the efficient movement of freight in the United States. To achieve this objective, TTI has prepared a short survey, which should not take more than five minutes to complete. The final report will only present aggregated results. To ensure confidentiality, all records will be kept private and no respondent identifiers will be included in the report. Please respond before March 7, 2009. Participation is voluntary. |
