Description	This manual is currently available in draft format for review. The purpose of the manual is (1) to publicize among relevant regional, provincial and federal transportation planning authorities the findings of the first carrier choice survey of the Quebec City-Windsor Corridor; and (2) to demonstrate how the findings of this research can be used to enable these same planning authorities to better understand and incorporate freight traffic into transportation planning and therefore help them make informed decisions as they plan the future freight transport infrastructure in Canada.
