This figure shows an example of the form (page 2) the Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) uses to report annual incident management performance.

Page 2 of the report provides an incident summary. The incident summary categorizes all incidents in that month by incident type, number of incidents, number of incidents blocking a lane, and total number of vehicles involved. Types of incidents include crash, debris on road, law enforcement, medical, meter activated, other, pedestrian, rollover, spinout, stall, unoccupied stall, and vehicle fire.
