Washington State 511 Information

511 Home

Washington state incrementally implemented its 511 service starting in 2002 and announced its launch in 2003. The 511 program was retired in 2023 due to a decline in the telephone part of use and increase in web-based use. The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) still operates a website with much of the same information the old telephone system provided.
